She is also passionate about developing people – motivating and empowering employees to make a difference and to constantly hunger to grow. “Many individuals already have natural leadership gifts, and it's a true gift when a leader recognises this and mentors employees to become authentic leaders themselves.”
When a leader leads with purpose and integrity, creating lasting values and having a clear vision of where the organisation is headed, Michelle believes a company can stand out form the crowd. “Pursuing the purpose of providing excellence; having the flexibility to allow for new ideas and growth; and a commitment to never changing quality will allow a company to rise above the rest,” she declares.
In leading with honesty and integrity a leader can leave a profound legacy. “No legacy is richer than a person's word – honesty, integrity and above all the testimony of Jesus,” she shares. “If we leave a legacy of love in the hearts of those who surround us, then we have not failed to leave the greatest legacy.”
